Inspect Settlement Attestation Receipts issued or recorded by Default Settlement verification infrastructure for agent and resource-server workflows. Look up signed SettlementWitness receipts and recorded SAR-402 settlement attestations by receipt ID — no account. Signed receipts can be independently verified in your browser against published keys; SAR-402 receipts record settlement evidence without giving DefaultVerifier execution authority or control over delivery. Receipts for the same agent_id form a receipt history when an agent_id is available.
